10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The choice of dispute-resolution forum and venue is subject to counsel review.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Euphemios Partners, LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms do not govern any separate written engagement, which controls in the event of a conflict as to its subject matter.
