Payment Orchestration
End-to-end coordination of send, receive & settlement across networks.
Capabilities
Two areas where we have developed deep, repeatable systems, and a selection of the work that shows the method in practice. They are examples of how we work — not the limits of it.
Stablecoin & Blockchain Orchestration
We operate as a stablecoin and blockchain orchestration partner — connecting treasury and payment operations to modern digital-asset rails. Working alongside institutional infrastructure partners, we help organizations send, receive, and settle stablecoin payments within their existing banking relationships.
End-to-end coordination of send, receive & settlement across networks.
Secure blockchain integrations with managed wallet & key infrastructure.
Embedded KYC/AML, transaction monitoring & real-time reporting.
Digital-asset custody, liquidity management & treasury workflows.

RIA & Investment Operations
We build document-processing automation for RIAs, family offices, and wealth managers. Ingest statements and positions from custodians like Fidelity, Schwab, and Pershing; normalize and reconcile the data; and generate branded, compliance-ready client reports — in minutes, not days. Deployed inside your environment, so client data never leaves your walls.

Selected work
Anonymized by default — we name a client only with written permission. More is added as work ships.
Automation
In development
A managed-services provider wanted to pursue state and local government contracts, but had no one with the time to find the right solicitations — let alone answer them.
What we built
A screening, assessment, and drafting engine. It surfaces qualifying solicitations the provider would otherwise never see, evaluates fit against the work they have already won, and prepares complete responses. The provider's own team reviews, edits, and approves everything before anything is submitted — by design.
Platforms

An independent advisor needed trade reconciliation, billing, and performance reporting that would hold up to a client, an auditor, or a regulator.
What we built
The operating platform. Custodial data comes in and is reconciled against the books; billing is computed on a defensible basis; performance and client reports go out. Every figure is traced to its source, and a human signs off before anything leaves.

firms graded
Taking that reconciliation platform to market meant working a universe of registered investment advisors far too large to manage by hand.
What we built
An internal relationship pipeline for a single operator. Every firm is graded and enriched from public filings, with outreach, review, and meeting context attached to each one; data refreshes update the universe without ever overwriting the operator's own notes. We run our own go-to-market on it.

An investment firm wanted a systematic way to direct analyst attention across a large watchlist, rather than relying on whoever happened to be looking.
What we built
A signal engine that ingests market data on a schedule, scores and ranks names against the firm's own criteria, and presents them in a private, access-controlled dashboard. It directs attention; the judgment stays with the analysts.

A school district issued a request for proposals for an academic program, and every respondent would be judged on a deck.
What we built
Instead of a deck, a working platform demonstration — student, teacher, and administrator views — so the district could evaluate the actual product it would be buying.
Advisory & modeling
Shipped
A founder-led consumer brand needed a complete set of planning and financial materials — model, terms, and a one-page summary — that agreed with one another.
What we built
A seven-document growth package: the financial model, proposed terms, and a one-page summary, built as one coherent set from the founder's own numbers and conversations.
Brand & web
Shipped · ongoing
A marketing and public-relations agency's clients kept commissioning websites and brand systems the agency had no engineering team to deliver.
What we built
We build them, working as an extension of the agency's team — so the agency offers full digital delivery under its own relationship with the client.
