Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Euphemios Partners, LLC ("Euphemios," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with this website (the "Site"). The Site is a static, informational marketing website. We do not operate accounts, logins, payment flows, or forms that store personal information, and we do not sell or rent personal information. The only way the Site invites you to share information with us is by choosing to send us an email.

1. Information We Collect

The Site itself does not ask you to register, log in, or submit any form that stores your data. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through the Site.

If you contact us using the email link provided, we receive the information you choose to include in your message — typically your name, your email address, and the contents of your message — so that we can read and respond to it. You control what you put in that email. Like most websites, the servers and network providers that deliver the Site may automatically process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to deliver pages; we do not use that data to build profiles of visitors.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry, to provide the information or services you request, and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for automated decision-making, profiling, or advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. Cookies & Analytics

The Site ships no analytics product and sets no advertising or non-essential tracking cookies. We do not use third-party advertising networks, cross-site trackers, or behavioral profiling. If a strictly necessary cookie is ever used to deliver the Site securely, it serves only that technical function. Should we introduce analytics or any non-essential cookie in the future, we will update this section to name the provider and purpose before doing so.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade the contents of your inquiries. We may share information only with service providers that act on our behalf and under our instructions (for example, the email and hosting infrastructure that transmits and stores our correspondence), or where we are required to do so by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, correspondence may transfer as part of the business, subject to this Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to address your inquiry, to maintain our business records, and to meet applicable legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or archive it in the ordinary course.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the correspondence we hold. No website or method of electronic transmission is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us sensitive personal or financial information by email.

7. Your Choices & Rights

Because the Site collects no information beyond the emails you choose to send, your simplest choice is to decide what, if anything, to send us. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete correspondence you have sent by emailing partners@euphemios.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act; where those laws apply to us, we will honor the rights they grant. The scope of any such statutory rights is subject to counsel review.

8. International Visitors & Children

We operate from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your message will be transmitted to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location. The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

10. Contact

Questions about this Policy or our handling of information may be directed to Euphemios Partners, LLC at partners@euphemios.com.
